Services will be held Friday, September 16, 2016 at 10:15AM at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel, 5808 West Atlantic Ave., Delray Beach, Florida. Interment to follow at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens, 11520 State Road 7, Boynton Beach, Florida. Those wishing to honor Chester with a memorial contribution are asked to do so to a charity of your choice.
