It was 1970 at Plattsburgh Air Force Base, when my husband, Gary, a dentist from Wisconsin, and I met Shari and Lenny. We liked each other instantly, sharing time with our dogs and socializing, usually over hockey. Dresses had a 6-7 inch TV screen at the time! Gary and Lenny always made each other laugh. Lenny's giggle was infectious. Our friendship survived all these years, as the miles apart did not really matter. I miss our guys, but will continue to share my life and memories with you, Shari.
