Dr. Leonard Dress' Obituary
Leonard Dress, MD, was a cherished and devoted husband to Shari for 51 years.
Lenny proudly graduated from Boston Latin School, at the age of 16, and went on to graduate from Boston University and New York Medical college, in 1966.
He did his internship and residency at St. Elizabeth's Hospital, in Brighton, MA, and served as physician and Major in the Air Force at Plattsburgh AFB, NY.
He practiced for 32 years in Arlington and Lexington, MA, as an OBGYN, and his compassion for patients continued up to his last call from one in March, 2021.
Upon his retirement from medicine, he began a second career, combining his love of cruising with his love of ballroom dance by teaching dance for almost 10 years on cruise ships.
He leaves his wife, Shari(Glater), sons, Jason(Monica), and Jonathan(Jill), and three grandchildren, Samantha, Juliana and Xavier, that he loved with his whole heart, and his dear brother Dr. Daniel Dress(Karen).
