Adele Reinstein (1927-2026)
Adele Reinstein,devoted wife of the late Eli Reinstein, beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother passed away peacefully in Fort Lauderdale, Florida at nearly 99 years of age.
Born in the small town of Batavia, New York, Adele carried the values of her upstate roots throughout her nearly century-long journey. Eventually trading the New York winters for the warmth of Florida, where she spent her later years surrounded by the family she so dearly loved.
Adele‘s greatest pride was her family. She was the devoted mother of two, a doting grandmother of four, and was blessed to be “GG” to seven great grandchildren. Her life was a testament to the quiet strength of a woman who saw the world change drastically over ten decades, yet remained anchored by her devotion to those closest to her.
She is survived by her children, Howie (Ellen), and Sandy (Debbie); grandchildren, Arielle (Todd), Micaela (Tessa), Jonathan (Elizabeth), and Alex (Ella); and her great grandchildren, Dylan,Jake, Ever, Jude, Avi, Sonny and Scarlett; as well as her sister, Sylvia Cohen. All will remember her for her resilience, her wisdom, and the long legacy of love she leaves.
A chapel service will be held at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel (DELRAY) location at 1pm on Wednesday, January 28, 2026.
Interment will follow at 2:15pm at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
