I miss you so much. You were the world to me.
Dearest Anna and all your family, I am so deeply sorry for your loss. Aidan was such a kind soul and will be missed. My love and blessings go out to you and your family. Deeply saddened. Love Mary E. Sherman. Kelcie, Shannon and Logan’s Mom.
She was beautiful, inside and out. I was lucky enough to be her Aunt for 46 years (her stepmother was my sister). She was an amazing person and I feel blessed to have know her for so long.
Joe, Jess, Anna and Betty, We were very saddened to hear of Adina’s passing. Regrettably, we got busy with so many things In life and failed to keep up with you guys and Adina’s health struggles. Reading her obituary was difficult, yet comforting. She indeed had a fun personality, combined with a dedication for family, friends and society. When we visited you guys with 2 babies in tow back in 1981 in West Palm, she couldn’t have been more gracious. She introduced us to mahi-mahi, sangrias, night time turtle hatching on the beach, and nothing would do but to have us sleep at least one night in their waterbed as that was also something we’d never done! She wouldn’t take no for an answer. She also introduced us to Betty who became a babysitter and friend back home. Whenever I have thought of her over the yrs, I fondly picture her love of coastal living which reflected in her attire of the cutest colorful, dangly earrings which were made to be flanked by her beautiful hair. I was always in awe of her look. I believe she was born to be coastal! Our lives have been enriched for having known her. I can only imagine how much you’re all going to miss her infectious personality and loving spirit. Take care and know she’s still loving you all as only Adina can love. Sincerely, Mike and Teresa Wilson
I was so sad to hear about Adina’s passing. We met when our boys were in cub scouts together. I felt an affinity to her soul right away, then as life happens we lost track of each other, but reconnected through Facebook and I had great hopes to rekindle our friendship in person now that I retired and had time to enjoy with friends.
This should be a lesson, do not wait for a later time as it may never come. If you have someone worth making time for, do it now.
I will always keep a fond place in my heart for Adina. I send prayers and condolences to Joe, Jess and Anna Grace, as well as all her loving family and friends. May she Rest In Peace.🙏💙
Adina was love and acceptance. A loss to our world indeed. And also a reminder of how lucky we are to experience wonderful people that touch our hearts and souls in this life.
I will always remember her beautiful smile, and smirk. See you someday again, Adina.
Many hugs and love to Joe, Anna, and Jess.
Juan and Sam.
Thank you Joe for sharing Adina's story, especially her most recent work with the social justice ministry. My heart is heavy with the loss of this true friend, mainly our time together at OCHS..but still keeping up with one another throughout the years. Our thoughts are with you and the rest of the family and please be aware we will always keep Adina's memory alive in our hearts. Mary Lou and Bill Whitt
I remember as a young girl spending weekends with my Uncle Joe and Aunt Adina. Trips to the mall and arts and crafts at the house. Those weekends were special to me as a child. As an adult the unconditional love that was always shown will forever be in my heart. She was a great one and will be missed. Love Jaime Hart-Davis
