Judge David L. Levy (Ret.)
I just learned of Alan’s passing. I offer my sympathy and hearty condolences to his family. Alan was a uniquely great guy. He loved his family deeply. I served both in the Dade County State Attorney’s Office and as a Circuit Judge with Alan. He was a man of compassion and great integrity. If you went to see a movie and it was a comedy, you’d always know if Alan and Laura were coincidentally in the same theater when you heard his deep and hardy laugh. It truly enhanced the experience.
