Lewkowitz, Annettte, 85 of Delray Beach, FL passed away December 10, 2014; beloved wife of Sigmund (58 years); mother of Scott (Stacy), Steven (Marcy), Jodi (Mark) and Debbie (Ryan); grandmother of Dana, Jamie, Jessica, Nicole, Zachary, Jason and Joshua and sister of Morris(Sadie) Rockaway. Chapel service will be held at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel in Delray Beach, FL on Friday, December 12 at 11:00 am. Interment to follow at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens in Boynton Beach, FL
