Arthur will be missed by many people.
I always remember meeting him for the first time when I walked onto the deck of Wildflower needing a chef job.
I cooked him goat ravioli which he loved. He was always so appreciative of good food. Where-ever we went, he loved to try new things. He found so much pleasure in simple things that were of quality.
Working for him, I learned I had come across the most tenacious man ever. With Arthur, if there was a problem to solve, or a difficulty, he would just keep at until the problem was solved.
I also got to meet Jisu who is so strong, gentle and kind. Jisu and Arthur had quite a special relationship that I think many people didn't really see properly and how good it was.
Arthur was very generous with me. He paid for me to fly from Australia to Greece to go sailing through the Greek Islands with he and Jisu. A trip I will never forget.
Then they visited me here in Australia and got to show Arthur where I come from.
I am very lucky to have met Arthur and to have spent so much time with him. He lived his time on this planet as best and as fully as he could. He squeezed every last drop out of his time here to live well.
