With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Barbara Dicker on October 4, 2024 at the age of 86. Born in Brooklyn, New York, on September 30, 1938, Barbara was a cherished mother, grandmother, and friend, who lived a life enriched by family, tradition, and an unwavering sense of community.
Barbara had a profound love for the beauty and history of art and culture, particularly in her passion for jewelry and her unique collection of snuff bottles. Her appreciation for the arts extended into all areas of her life, reflecting the deep values and beauty that she held dear. Barbara's love for travel brought her to many countries, where she always sought out cultural experiences.
A proud breast cancer survivor, Barbara demonstrated incredible strength and resilience, serving as a source of inspiration to all who knew her. Her determination carried her through many of life's challenges. Barbara was predeceased by her devoted husband, Marvin, with whom she shared more than 63 years of marriage and who passed away three years ago.
Barbara’s memory is a blessing to her family, who will miss her dearly. She is survived by her son Craig Dicker, her daughter Jennifer Lynch and five grandchildren.

Shiva to follow that day at the home of Jennifer Lynch from 3:00-7:00pm at 11153 Highland Circle or Wednesday October 9th at Sinai Residences located at 21036 95th Avenue, Apt. D-209 in Boca Raton.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) in Barbara’s memory, honoring her commitment to breast cancer research and awareness.
