Barbara Dinerstein's Obituary
Barbara Dinerstein, dedicated mother and wife, aged 80, of Lake Worth Florida and Queens New York passed away on May 1, 2014.
Born in the Bronx in 1934 to the late Rose and Robert Selby, she graduated from New York’s High School of Music and Art in Manhattan and received her BS from Hunter College and worked as a teacher. She married Fred in 1954.
Barbara loved to travel and entertain. Bright, creative and witty, she was a fierce advocate for people with disabilities.
Barbara is survived by her husband, her children Matt (Angela), David(Alison), Adrea
(Mark) Tandatnick and six grandchildren.
Services will be held Friday, May 2, 2014 at 12:00 noon at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel in Boynton Beach with burial at Florida National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Parkinson’s Disease Foundation.
