Barbara Susser's Obituary
Susser, Barbara, 93, of Boynton Beach, FL, passed away on April 23rd. She was a loving, devoted wife and life-long partner to her husband Leonard. They were married for 62 years. She adored her children, Gary Susser and Robin Susser Robin and their spouses, Judy Susser and Allen Robin. Her four grandsons were the light of her life, Jonathan Robin (Dana Robin), Alexander Robin, and Adam and Brandon Susser. She found special great joy in her 1st great grandson, Landon Robin who was born on Leonard’s birthday. She was a devoted sister to Marcia Lieberman who passed away in 1995. She is survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Barbara was a homemaker who enjoyed life, adventure, and learning. She started working in an auction house in downtown Cincinnati while her children were in high school. She studied and learned the antiques world and became a successful antique dealer, having shops in 3 states. She loved traveling the world, playing bridge, socializing with her friends and family, and stone crab season.
The family would like to thank everyone for their condolences and love. A special thank you to her amazing physician, Dr. Alan Saitowitz, for his unwavering dedication to her health and well-being. The family would also like to thank Barbara Mckoy and the many caregivers who assisted her in her later years.
