Best, Bernard 80, of Delray Beach, FL passed away on November 9, 2014. He is survived by his beloved wife Cynthia, son Steven, daughter Suzanne Portnoy and five grandchildren. A service will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at 10:15 A.M. at Beth Israel Boynton Chapel with interment at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens.
