Bernard Martin Green's Obituary
Bernard Martin Green, 91, of the Villas at Lakeside Green in West Palm Beach passed away Sunday March 8, 2020. Formerly of New Jersey where he was active in the dry-cleaning industry, Bernard and his beloved wife Alma previously resided in Golden Lakes, Singer Island, and Riverwalk, after coming to Florida. While in New Jersey Bernard was actively involved with both the Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts, founding Troop 60 in Maplewood, NJ; and served as an officer in his B’nai B’rith Lodge as well as doing significant volunteer work for Brandeis University. In addition to his beloved wife and childhood sweetheart Alma, Bernard was the devoted father of Sheldon (Robin) Green, Louis (Kathie) Green, and Nancy (Don Robbins) Green; loving grandfather of Daniel Green, Stephanie Mellon, Alexander Green, Zachary Green, and David Sapienza; and great grandfather of Abigail, Kyren, and Ayden Mellon, and Kallie Sapienza; and brother of Ramon (Betty) Green and Rhea Silber.
