Bernard Smith, age 97 of Delray Beach passed away on April 25th. Devoted hosband of Roberta Smith; loving father of Janet McGuire & Susan Fisher; beloved grandfather of Shanna (Derek) Wilkin; dear great-grandfather of Brielle, Jaime, & Ryan; caring brother of Helen Lippert. A chapel service will be held on Tuesdayay, April 28, 2026, 1:00 pm at Beth Isarel Memorial Chapel, 5808 W. Atlantic Ave., Delray Beach, FL 33484. A graveside service will follow on Friday, May 1, 2026, 1:00 pm at Wellwood Cemetery, 1500 Wellwood Ave, West Babylon, NY 11704. In lieu of flowers, donations in honor of Bernard can be made to Wounded Warrior or American Liver Foundation.
