Betty Appelbaum, 84, of Boynton Beach, FL passed away on October 18, 2024. She is survived by her loving husband, William (Billy); beloved children, Paul Appelbaum (Lisa Hammer), Mitchell (Dr. Susan Laufer) Appelbaum and Lorie (Ron) Hirson; beloved grandchildren, Brielle Appelbaum, Lauren (Joshua) Esses, Jacob Appelbaum, Taylor Appelbaum, Megan Appelbaum, Noah Hirson and Ari Hirson; beloved great granchild, Aiden Esses and her beloved brother, Stephen (Laura) Mirkin.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Saumel and Gussie Mirkin
A chapel service will be held on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at 10:15 AM at Beth Israel Boynton Beach Chapel, 11115 Jog Road, Boynton Beach, FL 33437 with entombment following at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens, 11520 FL-7, Boynton Beach, FL 33473.
