Brad Houtkin's Obituary
Brad Harris Houtkin, aged 50, of Parkland, Florida, passed away on July 29, 2024 after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on July 2, 1974, in Pequannock, New Jersey, Brad was a beloved son, brother, nephew, father, uncle, and loyal friend known for his charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent.
Brad is survived by his mother, Sherry Houtkin; brothers, Stuart Houtkin and Michael (Jamie) Houtkin; and his cherished children, Scott, Eric, Daniel, Holly, and Emily Houtkin. Uncle to Haylee and Jaxson Houtkin, as well as Alyssa and Eli Lowenfish. He was preceded in death by his father, Harvey Houtkin.
A celebration of Brad's life will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2024, at Beth Israel Funeral Home, located at 5808 West Atlantic Avenue, Delray Beach, FL. The service will commence at 10:30am with formal proceedings beginning at 10:45am. Following the service, Brad will be laid to rest at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens, 11520 State Road 7, Boynton Beach, FL.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Brad's memory to The American Cancer Society or The Onyx & Breezy Foundation.
