Jill and I send our deepest condolences to Jane and the entire Mandell family. Charlie and I along with Jane have been friends since Sunday School days. He was a warm and engaging guy who was a wonderful dancer and friend. The Highridge days will always be part of our wonderful memories.
He will surely be missed.

I am a lst cousin to Charlie and grew up with many warm memories of playing in his big white house on Smith St in North Providence, R.I. His Mom ( Aunt Claire) was my Dad's older sister for whom he named one of his product lines - a shampoo - Aunt Claire. My memories go back to when we ran recklessly around his house but carefully staying clear of Uncle Doc's waiting room and patients. Charlie followed in his Dad's footsteps becoming a doctor - caring for the sick and those in need. Charlie was a warm and loving cousin whom we loved dearly. Joyce Katz Nelson
