Smulen, Charles age 85 of Delray Beach Florida, passed away August 25th, 2021. Loving father of Alan Smulen, Lee Smulen and Paula Hyman(Yoel); Cherished grandfather of Marlowe Yoel; Dear brother of Terry Smulen and Rachel Knobler(Bill). Graveside services will be held 11:30am on Friday 08/27/2021 at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens, 11520 State Road 7, Boynton Beach Florida, 33473. Officiating will be Rabbi David Degani.
