Dalia Oifer's Obituary
Dalia Oifer was the daughter of Paul and Alice Tyroler, sister of Joseph Tyroler and Daniel Tyroler, wife of Ben Oifer, mother of Jodi Schwartz (husband Duane), Jeni Steinberg (husband Dave), and Jason Oifer (wife Joyce), and grandmother of Andrew, Derek, Hannah, Jed, Miles, Emmett, and Teddy. Dalia was also a loving aunt and great aunt to many.
Dalia passed away on February 10, 2025 at the age of 73 years old. Dalia and Ben were happily married for 52 years. She was born in Israel, lived in New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Florida.
Dalia was a homemaker and devoted her life to her family, including being a cherished presence in her grandchildren’s lives. She will be fondly remembered for her kindness, generosity, and selflessness. She was proud of her Jewish heritage as the daughter of Holocaust survivors.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Dalia Oifer may be made to StandUpToJewishHate.org. The family will be sitting Shiva on Thursday, February 13, from 12 noon to 8 PM and Friday from 9 AM – 12 PM at 12680 Little Palm Lane, Boca Raton, FL.
Dalia will be missed by everyone that knew and loved her. May her memory be a blessing.
