Dilan lived life. No matter how he felt he always made everyone laugh or smile. He was a beautiful soul whether he thought so or not , he did. He made me an aunt for the first time. He gave me my nickname which has stuck with me through most of my nieces and nephews. Fly high my beautiful angel. I love you. Until we meet again...
My favorite memory of our time together will forever be the time we drove through targets parking lot with eye of the tiger blaring. You thought it’d be a great idea to shadow box and run in front of me through the entire parking lot. We laughed for hours about that and I still tell this story all the time. I love you brother and rest easy. The pain is over and the calmness is here.
You were the man who showed me the world wasn’t so mean and not everyone was out to get me. You found the good in every bad. My favorite memory is not just one. You always sang your heart out, especially Fergie, and you didn’t care where you were or who was around. Took me fishing so many times, I felt like one of the guys. Your pride was others happiness.
