Dr Kay was my first employer after I finished my training at UCSF. He was kind, encouraging (when I was unsure of myself) and an excellent clinician. I appreciate his skills and mentorship as I was navigating clinical dermatology. I am forever grateful to him for launching me.
I left Dr Kay’s practice to teach at Johns Hopkins Dermatology. This was an intimidating environment but I had the confidence and skills he taught me and I thrived. I can’t say enough to justify my feelings for him. My blessings to his family.
All the best and Thank you, Dr Kay
I love you very much!

My husband, William "Bill" Glatt and Don started practice at about the same time. Bill and I were both Don's patients. Bill sent so many of his Internal Medicine patients to Don's office and always enjoyed visiting with him and watch his practice grow. I am sad to learn of Don's passing. May his memory be for a blessing. Florence Glatt
