ELEANOR SCHNEIDER's Obituary
On Friday, January 1st, 2021, Eleanor Schneider, loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, passed away at the age of 86
Eleanor was born on June 15th, 1934 in Brooklyn, New York to Bessie and Jack Schachter. She graduated from Tilden High School and worked throughout her life, most notably in Accounts Payable at Blonder Tongue in Old Bridge, New Jersey.
She married the love of her life, Arty Schneider, on March 20th, 1954, and they raised their two daughters, Beth and Jodi. The day her grandson Michael was born, it was love at first sight and they became partners in crime.
Eleanor’s life was dedicated to taking care of her family and friends. She had the opportunity to travel the world and even served in the Israeli Army. She lived every day to the fullest.
Eleanor was proceeded in death by her husband, Arty, and her sister, Dina. She is survived by her two daughters, Beth and Jodi, her grandson, Michael, and her nephew and niece, Brett and Jill
