Ellen Simon's Obituary
Ellen Simon, 66, of Boynton Beach, FL passed away on November 5, 2025.
She is survived by her beloved husband, David; loving children, Brooke (Richard) Rappa and Heather Barnett; loving grandchildren, Lilliana, Roman, Joseph and Logan; loving parents, Ivan (Janice) Huntman and Dorothy (Barnett) Berkowitz; and brother, Ken (Joanie) Huntman.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday November 9, 2025, 2:00 PM at Beth Israel Boynton Beach Chapel, 11115 Jog Road, Boynton Beach, FL 33437.
For donations in her memory the family asks that it be a charity of the donors choice.
Shiva will take place at the Simon residence in the Sun Valley East Community, 9764 Sills Drive East, Unit #103, Boynton Beach, FL 33437 from 6:30pm on Sunday, November 9th and Monday November 10th.
