Elsie Cowin, age 96 of Delray Beach, FL passed away on August 20, 2015. A former teacher, she is predeceased by her parents Samuel and Molly Waltman and her husband Morris. She is survived by her brother Irving Waltman of Pinecrest, Fl. A graveside service will be held Sunday August 23, 2015, at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens, Boynton Beach beginning at 10:45 AM.
