Meltzer, Esther, age 98, formerly of Delray Beach Florida, passed away October 25th, 2019 in Roseville California. Loving grandmother of Thomas (Megan) Meltzer and other relatives and friends. Chapel services will be held on Friday, November 1st, 2019 at 11:15 am at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel, 5808 West Atlantic Avenue, Delray Beach, FL. 33484, followed by interment services at South Florida V A National Cemetery, 6501 South State Road, 7 Lake Worth, Florida 33449.
