Eugene Berkowitz's Obituary
Eugene Berkowitz, age 89 of Delray Beach, FL passed away on April 20, 2024. Eugene is survived by his cherished wife of 66 years Theodora. Born in Brooklyn, Eugene is survived by his sons Russell (Beth) Berkowitz, and Eric (Diane Berkowitz), and his daughter Lauren (Michael) Masi. He leaves behind his grandchildren Nicole (Charlie) Riccio, Robert (Kate) Berkowitz, Jaclyn Berkowitz, Travis Berkowitz, Jenna Berkowitz, Matthew Masi, and Rebecca Masi, and his great-grandchild Logan Berkowitz. He is survived by his sister Gayle Fray, and he was predeceased by his brother Sandy Berkowitz.
Funeral services will be held on Friday April 26, 2024 at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel, 5808 W. Atlantic Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33484 beginning at 10:15AM. Burial will follow at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens, Boynton Beach, FL. Rabbi Loren Frank will officiate. The family suggests donations in Eugene's memory be made to the Alzheimer's Association, www.alz.org.
