KALTER, EVELYN PEARL, 93, of Parkland, passed away October 26th, 2018. Devoted wife of Clarence, loving mother of Jay Kalter (Linda) and Laurie Kalter. Beth Israel Memorial Chapel, 5808 West Atlantic Ave., Delray Beach is in charge of all arrangements.
