Sadly I did not know that Frances had died until now, beginning of September 2015. I hope this message reaches Myra and Carl even though it has been over a year since she passed away. My condolences. Frances was an amazing woman who both my parents, Louise and Stanley Goldfine, were lucky to have as a friend over many decades, having grown up together in Philadelphia and then remaining close in later years in Florida. I developed a lovely friendship with Frances as I got older and had my own family. She was warm, caring, organized and very generous. In 2008 when my husband and I moved my parents to Boston, Frances insisted that we stay at her house on the eve of our leaving Florida. I always felt cared about about by her and enjoyed our many conversations over the years. A great woman in my life! Who I'll always remember.
