I haven't seen Fran since our high school reunion a few years, but I've known her since elementary school and have always adored her. We were buddies at KSU and she was always one of the sweetest people I have ever known. Fran was one of my best friends growing up. She was my maid of honor when I got married. She was one of the finest people I've ever met. I want to send my deepest condolences to her wonderful husband Steve, and her two children Brittany and Matthew. There are no words that can express what a loss this is …my deepest sympathy also to her mother Lottie, her brother Barry and family, and her son-in-law.
