Franklin was predeceased by his Beloved wife of 64 years, Carolyn Wayssee; Loving father of Anne(Randy)Frischer; Cherished grandfather of Mathew(Sara), and Robert; Adored great-grandfather of Lillian and Madelyn; Dear brother of Richard(Vivian)Waysse. Cryptside services will be held on Monday, March 8th, 2021 at 1:30pm at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens, 11520 State Road 7, Boynton Beach, Florida 33473.
