Fred David Sall's Obituary
Fred David Sall, 78 died January 28, 2016 at West Palm Hospital on The Vitas Hospice floor after a long illness. He is survived by his devoted wife of 56 years, Arlene (Hoffman), his daughter Wendy Medler (Rob), his son Kevin (Susan) predeceased by son Michael; his three grandchildren, Molly, Alison & Matthew. He also leaves his sister Patti Wiedermann (Joel) and predeceased by brother Ronald (Susan).
Fred originally came from Philadelphia, PA then went to Northern Virginia to become a pharmacist and own successful drug stores.
