George Oshkello's Obituary
George James Oshkello, born May 7, 1941, in New York NY, died December 29, 2020 in Parkland Florida. George was raised in Astoria Queens, by Alexander and Julia Oshkello. He attended some Immaculate Conception school until the age of 18 where he went on to join the US Air Force in Great Falls, Montana. Upon completion of training to work worked in sales jobs until meeting his wife Joan in 1965. Married in 1967, George and Joan gave birth to their son Craig in 1971. Continuing to work in sales with Brighton Best until 2005, George was responsible for building a strong regional sales team, eventually opening up international markets for Brighton products. He was known by his colleagues to be creative, dedicated and insightful.
While George cared deeply for his extended family at work, his commitment and care for his immediate family was immense. He will be remembered by his friends and family for his kindness, his love of order and predictably, Lagnado order and predictability, his dry sense of humor and his selfless is concern for others well-being.
George is survived by His wife Joan, sister Noreen, son Craig, and two grandchildren Ayla and Adyn.

George Oshkello was a devoted husband, supportive father, loving grandfather, and caring friend. He was a compassionate, kind, and generous person, who brought light to all who knew him. We will miss him terribly, and grateful for the years we have shared with him.
