Gerta Stiefel's Obituary
Gerta Stiefel, a resident of Boynton Beach, Florida passed away at the age of 90 on March 13. 2024. Gerta was preceded in death by her husband Arnd and son Howard. She is survived by her son Elliot Stiefel; Six grandchildren Sean (Jessica) Stiefel, Kyle (Caroline) Stiefel, Danielle Stiefel (Zack Gaylis), Adam (Sally) Stiefel, Rebecca (Alex) Emerel, Sarah (Eric) Teller; Six great-grandchildren Jett, Romi, Zachary, Oliver, Hailey, and Hannah. Also surviving is her daughter-in-law Penny. Graveside service to be held on Friday, March 15, 2024 1:00pm at Cedar Park Cemetery in Paramus, New Jersey. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations in Gerta's honor be made to Friends of the Israel Defense Forces (https://www.fidf.org/) or Jewish Community Center of Paramus (https://www.jccparamus.org/). The family will be receiving guests at the Stiefel Residence on Sunday afternoon. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Beth Israel Memorial Chapel-Boynton Beach.
