Grace Zucker of Westbury, NY formerly of Lake Worth passed away on April 4th. Beloved wife of the late Sol Zucker; Loving mother of Ronald (Lori) Zucker and the late Dale Zucker; Cherished grandmother of Jason, Matthew, and Tori; Adored great grandmother of Mikayla; Dear sister of the late Raymond Rabin, Monroe Rabin, Sylvia Uries and Mimi Semaria.
Private Services will be held on April 9, 2021.
