My name is Linda and I am the PTA who had the privilege of treating Harold. He,was more then my patient. He,was,a kind, wise and gentle man who touched my life and made it so much brighter. He often baked me cookies when he knew I was on my way,and put on a much needed pot of coffee. He was truly a bright spot in some very long days. I truly enjoyed our chats Harold…..the world needs more of you. Love Linda
Dear Fred, Thank you so much for your kind words. Mom and dad loved you and your family very much. Besides those wonderful Thanksgivings at your home in Great Neck, I fondly remember dinner together in Boston after Ricky's graduation at BU as well as your fabulous wedding in beautiful Maine. I do hope that we will be able to see each other again. I do keep in touch (via snail mail) with Uncle Morty and hope to visit him there at some point. Perhaps Wken you know ahead of time you may be visiting your family, I could arrange a trip to coincide at that time. My love to you and your family. Debbi
Scott, thank you so much for your wonderful words. My dad and mom loved all of their neices and nephews and I have such fond memories of spending Thanksgivings in Great Neck. I hope to make a trip out to the west coast at some time and would love to see you and your family again. My love to everyone. Debbi
I am writing to offer heartfelt condolences from myself, Jenny, Max and Jon, and also from Mort and Becky [who would never figure this computer thing out themselves!]. Uncle Harold was a wonderful man. He left me with many fond memories. He will be missed, but he will live in our hearts and in our memories.God bless you all in this difficult time.Fred AronsonCape Elizabeth, Maine
Everyone has a favorite uncle and Harold was mine. I never saw him lose his temper and he always had a kind word for anyone. His sense of humor was legendary. I will always have a clear memory of my then teenage son coming down the stairs in Windsor Gate and Harold remarking, "Look at the size of those feet! He can't fall down!" I'm sure St. Peter is still laughing. A more gentle man I have never known. The Aronsons of LA (Scott, Renee, Kyle (Bigfoot) Jake and Maggie) offer our sincerest condolences in this sad time.
