Harvey was predeceased bis daughter by Karen Jacobs and survived by his wife, Marian Waldman, sons, David (Wendy) Waldman and Russ Waldman; son in law, Scott Jacobs; grandchildren, Janie, Adam (Kayla), Nathan, Emily, Jason and Sam; brother, Richard (Elaine) Waldman.
