Services will be held Thursday, December 5, 2019 11:45 AM at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel, 5808 West Atlantic Ave., Delray Beach Florida. Interment to follow at The South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth Florida. Those wishing to honor Howard with a memorial contribution are asked to consider the Anti-Defamation League or a charity of your choice.
