Howard Stewart Leemon's Obituary
We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Dr. Howard Leemon.
After a long and courageous battle with multiple health issues, he passed
away peacefully on April 9, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 32 years, Carolyn Leemon; his
children, Scott Leemon, Michael Leemon (and his wife, Erica), Shari Crone
(and her husband, David), Errohl Miller (and his wife, Deborah), Keith
Miller, and Russell Miller (and his wife, Mindy); and his cherished
grandchildren, Remy Crone, Devyn Crone, Cooper Crone, Matthew Miller,
Jake Miller, Macey Miller, and Taylor Miller.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 12:15 PM at:
Eternal Light Memorial Gardens
11520 State Road 7
Boynton Beach, FL 33473
Following the service, Shari and David will be hosting Shiva on Monday,
April 13, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and on Tuesday, April 14, from 12:00
PM to 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at 6034 Vista Linda Lane, Boca
Raton, FL 33433.
On Wednesday, April 15, Scott will host a gathering in New York to honor
Howie’s memory from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at The Transcript Speakeasy
located at 63 Wall Street, Mezzanine Level, New York, NY.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in his
memory to the American Heart Association (https://www.heart.org).
