Howard Noskowicz, a resident of Boca Raton, Florida, passed away on April 22, 2023, at the age of 71. Survivors include his wife, Lynda Mintz; daughters, Jaclyn (Jason) Klugh and Stacy (Matt) Weasen; stepson, Josh Levitt; grandchildren, Sloane Weasen and Emersyn Klugh; brother, Bob Noskowicz.
