I worked with your dad in New York. I was one of the waitress's for his catering business. He always had a smile on his face, he would joke around with us, he loved to play his tricks on us. I remember when I first started to work with him, he told me I put the wrong color napkins on the tables and that I have better change them quickly before the guests arrived. I started to take all the napkins off the tables and Rose walked in and started screaming "what are you doing" I told her that Hy told me they were the wrong color and they had to be take off the tables. I looked over and he was laughing his head off. He was a pleasure to work with and know. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Deborah Kytoski
