Janet, my name is Nancy and I have been Iris’s Dental Hygienist for the past 30 years. Besides seeing her every few months, I would sometimes run into her around town. I was just stunned when I listened to the voicemail that you left for Erika at the office. I was glad to have seen her so happy, joyful and with a smile on her face in recent years.
