Israel (Izzy) Cohen's Obituary
Israel (Izzy) Cohen of Boca Raton, Florida passed away at the age of 89 on May 30, 2024. Izzy leaves behind his beloved wife, Susan, dear children Marty, Debbie (Ahmed), Michele (Larry), and Gary (Felicia), and was preceded in death by his son, Bruce. Also surviving are eight adored grandchildren: Jacob, Amira, Jordan, Jarred, Landon, Spencer, Maya and Drew. The funeral service will take place at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel - Boynton Beach, Sunday, June 2, 2024 at 12:15pm. He will be laid to rest immediately following at South Florida Jewish Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Izzy's honor can be made to: American Cancer Society or Alzheimer's Association.
