Jack Hoffman, 80, of Delray Beach, FL passed away February 9, 2016. He is survived by his loving wife Marilyn, daughters Pamela (Anthony) Guido, Hillary (Lewis) Messina, Andrea (Stephen) Lemke and cherished grandchildren Alexander, Lucas, Jessica, Kevin and Connor.
Chapel services will be Friday, February 12, 2016 at 10:15 AM. Interment following services at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens.
