Jack Wolf's Obituary
Jack D. Wolf of Boca Raton, Florida passed away suddenly on Sunday, January 8, 2023, in Boca Raton, Florida, following a brief illness.
Jack was born in 1942, in Paterson, New Jersey, to Lily and Harold Wolf, and grew up in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. Jack graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he was a member of the golf team, and he was also a lifeguard and a member of the National Ski Patrol.
On New Year’s Eve, 1965, Jack met the love his life, Myra Lenhoff. Jack and Myra were married on January 28, 1967, in Washington D.C. The couple lived in Potomac, Maryland, and had two children Jarrett (b. 1969) and Marla (b. 1972).
Jack and Myra moved to Miami, in 1973, and raised their children in southern Dade County. They moved to Palm Beach County in 2014, to be close to their grandchildren.
What Jack enjoyed most in life was spending time with his family, especially golfing with his three grandsons, Cameron Swartz (b. 2005), Harrison Swartz (b. 2007), and Landon Swartz (b. 2011), who were his greatest source of pride and joy in his senior years.
A funeral for Jack was held on Wednesday, January 11, 2023, at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel, in Delray Beach, Florida.
An adored man, Jack is survived by his wife Myra Wolf, son Jarrett Wolf, daughter Marla Wolf Swartz, son-in-law Jonathan Swartz, grandsons Cameron, Harrison, and Landon Swartz, brother Robert Wolf, and sister Andrea Wolf Kalish.
