Jacob Irving Press, beloved husband, father, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on June 1, 2025, at the age of 98.
Born on October 25, 1926, Jacob lived a long and meaningful life filled with love, dedication, and quiet strength. He was the devoted husband of Anita Press, with whom he shared a lifetime of memories, and the proud father of Cheryl Press-Lavietes, and David Press, Cherished Grandfather of Josh Press, Philip Press, Jamielee Press, Danny Press, Justin Press, and Madison Lavietes; Adored Great-Grandfather of Devin Press, Skylar Press, McKenzie DeFeo and Mason DeFeo and who brought him immeasurable joy.
Jacob will be remembered for his warmth, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to his family. His legacy lives on in the lives he touched and the love he gave so freely.
A chapel service will be held in his honor on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel in Boynton Beach, followed by interment at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens
