I have so many memories of Jeannette, too many to list here. She was always so special to me when I, as a young teen, went to call on Nadine. I must have spent more time at the Kurland's than at home. I can still hear Sol's booming "Hello" and Jen's sweet "Hi". I can see their smiles, both warm and welcoming. My most precious memories will always include Jeannette and her family. My condolences to all of you.
Many awesome memories are running thru my mind. All the years together, arm in arm murmurings under our breath, whispers and giggling. The bestest the sweetest most understanding Auntie that was all ours. The one memory standing out, that just popped in, was having a few minutes to ourselves, going to a little storefront in a random strip mall that had poker slot machines. I dont remember the occasion, price for how many spins, how long we stayed or even what we talked about, just remember spending a little piece of time together.. just the 2 of us.. laughing, in our element, in the middle of one special moment in a shared day.
I love you Aunt Jeannie ..and will miss your warmth and love all my days. 'Til we meet up again ..♡..
