Joan S. Rafelson, 84, of Delray Beach, Florida passed away on May 11, 2024. Loving mother to Marc, Robert, and Jeffrey. Adored grandmother to Lauren and Aaron. She was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence and brother Michael. Family will be having a gathering at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens on May 14, 2024 at 12:15pm. The family asks that any contributions be made to Trustbridge Hospice.
