I was recently talking with a friend about what a great teacher Mr. Reuben had been. He was my 6th grade teacher at Silas Wood Elementary School way back in 1980-1981. I decided to look him up and was saddened to learn that he passed away earlier this year. I learned so much from Mr. Reuben and had fun at the same time. I still have the book of short stories our class wrote and the high school kids typed for us. Mr. Reuben touched a lot of lives in his career. I pray that your family finds comfort in happy memories.
