Joel is survived by his Beloved wife Gloria; Loving father of Larry Roth( Caitriona ) and Deborah S Morrison( Don ); Cherished grandfather of Justin, Rachael and Sarah. Cryptside services will be held 1:30pm on Tuesday, December 12th, 2023, at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens, 11520 State Road 7, Boynton Beach, Florida 33473.
