Dear Sharon,
my entire family is deeply saddened to have lost our beloved
and revered “Uncle Joseph”. We had a long and intense friendship.
That's why we know how much he loved his wife and children.
In our numerous Skype conversations that we had up to January 15th,
he repeatedly emphasized how proud he was of you and how much
he admired Sharon and Andy.
The fact that it is now a farewell forever and that we will never
be able to see or speak to him again is a thought that all of us
do not want to accept.
All the more I would like to thank you for giving us the opportunity
to take part in the funeral ceremonies and to say goodbye to him
together with you.
